Serve 6-8

Kudzu Vine Noodle Thai Style
200g Kudzu Vine Noodle soaked in water about 30minutes
2 tablespoons garlic clove chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons nampura (fish sauce)
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
100g ground pork
1 onion 1/2 cup basil leaf

1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
2. Finely slice the onion into 1mm.
3. Put the Kudzu vine noodle into a saucepan(1) and simmer about 15minutes.
4. Heat a large wok. Add the onion & garlic, then ground pork. Stir fly about 3mimutes.
5. Add soy sauce, namupura, oyster sauce to 4.
6. After Kudzu vine noodle is ready, drain well and mix all ingredients. Add chopped basil leaf.


Chicken Coconuts & Soy
500g chicken thigh
200g bamboo shoots, rinsed and sliced
2 garlic clove chopped
1 cup coconut milk 1 cup soy milk
3 tablespoons black sesame paste 1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup shirodashi or mentsuyu
1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and chicken. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add bamboo shoots to 1, then black sesame paste, coconut milk, soy milk, and Shirodashi.
3. Mix well and simmer about 10 minutes.

Pork & Nappa Salad
1/2 cut Nappa leaf
200g thin sliced pork
2 table spoon dried shrimp
2 table spoons peanuts, crushed 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon nampura 1 lemon, squeesed
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Tear the Nappa leaf into a bite size.
3. Add sliced pork to the boiled water. Let them swim about 10 seconds, then rince with a cold water.
4. Mix all ingredients.

Seafood Paella
6-8 black tiger shrimp (or any shrimp)
100g squid
12-16 clam, washed 2 tablespoon oil
1 onion 2 garlic clove
1/2 cup canned tomato 1 block chicken broth
4 cup rice, washed 5 cup water
1. Chop the onion and garlic clove.
2. Heat the DONABE, and add the oil, garlic and onion.
Fly until lightly cleared.
5. Add the rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
6. Add the chicken broth and water.
7. Medium heat for 5 minutes, then simmer for 15 minutes.
8. Put all seafood on the rice, then simmer again for 10 minutes.
9. Sprinkle the cheese on the top before you serve.


Tapioka Coconut
1 cup tapioca pearl 1 caned coconut milk
1 canned fruits 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1. Bring the water to boil. Add the tapioka pearl. Simmer about 20 minutes until tapioca looks cleared.
2. Mix all ingredients.
